I am a second year Doctoral Student and Fellow at the Institute for Research on Youth Thriving and Evaluation (RYTE) at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. 

My research interests focus on the developmental needs of college students as they transition from adolescence into emerging adulthood, and what assets, resources, and supports are necessary for their success & positive development. 

In other words, how can higher education institutions can better support character development in young adults during this critical transition period, especially for students from diverse communities?
