💡 I am a Ph.D Candidate and Research Fellow at the Institute for Research on Youth Thriving and Evaluation (RYTE) at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. 

🌿 My work explores character development in higher education, focusing on how faculty–student relationships, equity, and belonging shape human development during the college years.

Grounded in frameworks such as Relational Developmental Systems Theory and Bioecological Systems Theory, my research aims to understand how institutions can create spaces where both students and educators thrive. 🌿
